Job Description

As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the productivity and effectiveness of the sales team by ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Your primary responsibility will be to handle administrative and support tasks that allow the sales team to focus on their core objectives of bringing in revenue and nurturing client relationships. You will act as the backbone of the sales department, offering essential support in managing sales operations, processing orders, preparing sales documentation, and coordinating with various departments to ensure client satisfaction. Your ability to efficiently manage tasks, coupled with excellent communication skills, will help drive the sales team's success and contribute to the company's overall growth.


Responsibilities

  • Assist sales representatives by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
  • Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material and liaise with suppliers for procurement.
  • Respond to complaints from customers and offer after-sales support to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports to the sales manager.
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and coordinate shipping instructions, ensure the smooth delivery of products to clients.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and departments such as Marketing, Logistics, and Management.
  • Monitor sales trends and customer preferences to assist in forecasting sales requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer, and account information using CRM systems.
  • Generate sales-related reports for management review, ensuring data accuracy and clarity.
  • Support the sales team in meeting customer expectations and aligning with business strategies.
  • Coordinate promotional activities and prepare required presentation materials and slides.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a sales support role with familiarity in order processing.
  • Strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective internal and external communications.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, CRM software, and knowledge of sales practices.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
