  • Provide feedback from customers to the product development team for improvement.
  • Manage and document customer interactions using the company's CRM system.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
