Job Description

As a Sales Executive specializing in UPVC and Aluminium Doors & Windows, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our market presence. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and developers while providing them with top-notch customer service. Your expertise in UPVC and Aluminium solutions will enable you to offer insightful advice and recommend the best products that meet client needs. This role requires strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a deep understanding of the doors and windows industry. You will work closely with the sales team, contribute to achieving sales targets, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities

  • Identify new sales opportunities through research and networking activities.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Deliver engaging presentations to clients to showcase product value and benefits.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and product advancements.
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts to the sales management team.
  • Liaise with the technical team to address any client-specific technical requirements.
  • Assist in developing sales strategies and pricing policies to optimize revenue.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging market trends and opportunities.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, especially in the UPVC and Aluminium sector.
  • Strong knowledge of doors and windows products and their market presence.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively under minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for meetings and industry events as required.
