Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage prospective customers to promote credit card products.
Sell credit card solutions tailored to individual client profiles and preferences.
Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to drive acquisitions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay informed about banking products, market trends, and competitor activities.
Adhere to all banking regulations and internal sales protocols.
Qualifications & Skills:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Self-driven with a strong ambition to achieve and surpass sales goals.
Ability to work both independently and within a high-performing team.
Prior experience in banking or credit card sales is an advantage.
