As a Sales Executive, you play a crucial role in driving business growth and establishing solid and long-lasting relationships with clients. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with clients to secure sales agreements.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute marketing campaigns effectively.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Create detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review on a regular basis.
  • Participate in sales training, team meetings and workshops to enhance skills.
  • Ensure expert-level knowledge of the company's products and services offered.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with clients.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals successfully.
  • Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales management tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend events.
