Job Description

A Sales Executive plays a critical role in driving revenue for a company by identifying and engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable products or services. They are pivotal in developing business by building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients, ensuring highest satisfaction, and maximizing sales potential. Sales Executives must be highly motivated, self-driven, and possess excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to succeed. Their role involves significant travel and interaction with stakeholders across various levels, requiring them to adapt quickly to new environments and business needs. Success in this position requires a strong commercial awareness, a good grasp of market trends, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse audiences.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories or sectors.
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings and follow-ups.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and customer needs.
  • Present and demonstrate products or services to potential customers effectively.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales agreements with clients to meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales orders.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective stakeholders.
  • Track and report on sales performance and progress against targets regularly.
  • Provide feedback to product development teams to enhance offerings based on customer input.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to expand network and knowledge.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and competitor offerings.
  • Utilize CRM tools effectively to manage the sales pipeline with accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in previous roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a diverse audience.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills are critical for this role.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be self-motivated.
  • Flexibility to travel frequently and adapt to different environments is essential.
