The person will register and process customer inquiries and purchase orders in the available IT systems and Identify engine components in connection with offers and orders in collaboration with Technical Sales Engineers.

We Can Offer You The Following Tasks

  • Coordination of orders and delivery deadlines to customers with various logistic functions in all countries where represented.
  • Sales support to customers, IGC, and Sales Managers worldwide.
  • Handling, coordination, and execution of "various cases," including unsatisfied customers
  • Mail sorting
  • Workflows
  • Completion and/or issuance of certificates
  • Follow-up on incomplete offers and orders
  • Updating the ERP system regarding customer master data
  • Assisting other company units, such as debtor, procurement, and sourcing when they need assistance.
