Job Description

The person who fills this role will be responsible for focus on digital services growth, Digital P&L management, and being a digital ambassador. Develop, drive, and grow the Digital product and service business for the Everllence MEA region. Ensure that customers understand the value of product engineering knowledge, leveraging analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning. Aim to achieve both qualitative and quantitative targets for products, systems, and/or services in a profitable manner. Lead, develop, and coach the sales organization with a proactive focus on digital offerings to surpass sales targets. Cultivate professional and enduring relationships with the local customer base, including end users, OEMs, and engine licensees.

We Can Offer You The Following Tasks

  • Implement and execute global and local digital growth initiatives for the MEA region.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to enhance the Digital Product Business.
  • Drive sales growth for Digital Solutions in the MEA region.
  • Prepare for and actively participate customer meetings, promotion events, and partnership events.
  • Coach, mentor, and guide new and after-sales teams in the commercialization of Digital Products.
  • Conduct local service market intelligence, staying informed about industries, competition, and trends.

You Can Help Us With These Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field (MBA or masters degree is a plus).
  • Over 5 years of experience in sales management and leadership with a proven track record.
  • Strong knowledge of Platform as a Service (PaaS), IoT, and other digital technologies.
  • Knowledge of industries such as Marine, Power Plants, O&G, or similar sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Proficient in using sales management software and CRM systems.
  • Results-oriented and customer-focused approach.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.
