The Sales Coordinator is a pivotal role within the sales department, orchestrating the seamless connection between sales representatives and customers, ensuring all sales operations are executed smoothly and efficiently. This role requires an individual who is highly organized, has excellent communication skills, and possesses the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. As the Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for streamlining the sales process, optimizing sales operations, and fostering productive relationships within the team and with customers. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the sales team with necessary administrative tasks and documentation.
  • Manage and maintain sales databases, ensuring accurate and updated information for reporting.
  • Assist with the creation and distribution of sales-related documents and presentations.
  • Handle inquiries and follow up with potential clients to support sales representatives.
  • Ensure timely processing of sales orders, invoices, and customer contracts.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare detailed sales reports for management review.
  • Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and external clients.
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team as required.
  • Assist in the implementation of sales promotions and marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain a professional and patient demeanor while handling customer complaints and feedback.
  • Support the sales team by coordinating travel arrangements and meeting agendas.
  • Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to the sales and marketing teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in an administrative sales position.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, with an aptitude for learning new technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a proactive attitude.
  • Knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices is advantageous.
