Job Description

His/her main role is to Manage company sales & Raise brand awareness about the products that can lead the company to generate more revenue and help the company to grow in the beauty industry market.


RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing key clients/ accounts in order to market and sell company products to premium beauty clinics and premium spas.

• Developing a sales plan to achieve assigned sales target, meet objectives of retention and further account development; onboarding new clients.

• Increasing potential to grow each account by constantly reevaluating customer P&L, market exposure, product portfolio, etc.

• Create brand-elevating and customer-centric education plans and strategies that drive profitable business growth and build company awareness among beauty industry.

• Generates and maintains sales forecasts for key accounts and provides this information in an accurate and timely manner to the management.

• Implements category display and enhance distribution coverage and product visibility by ensuring right product is available in the right place and at the right time.

• Provides high-quality customer experience and satisfaction by ensuring exceptional services is provided to customers at all times.

• Interacts regularly with key accounts related to weekly selling, deliveries and stock availability.

• Collects, analyzes and reports feedback from key accounts to identify customer. requirements and pass on the business intelligence for effective decision making

• Assists in developing segment level account plans for key accounts.

• Ensures all day-to-day requests are addressed, and timely and quality resolution is provided for all queries.

• Analyzes activities of competitors within the account in order to manage the issues and recommend actions to counter competitor activities.

• Supports coordination of account orders including entry, tracking, order confirmation, cancellations and delivery information.

• Meets all order deadlines in a timely and consistent manner.

• Build and maintain Supplier/Retailer relationships in order to build a strong working relationship

• Handle and respond to existing products queries from clients quickly, effectively and accurately

• Provide customers with the appropriate selection, sampling of products in response of their inquiries and provide quotations accordingly

• Anticipate the clients’ needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet these needs

• Oversee collection of receivables in timely fashion

• Provide market feedback to Management regarding movement of goods / brands

• Coordinate with the marketing team on the budget requirements and limits for samples or initiatives will help to boost the sales.

• Support the team with New Product Launch strategy and information

• Participate in relevant projects, events, exhibitions and community activities as and when needed


PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Work during weekends if business requires during urgent deadlines or emergencies.

• Travel between various outlets in different locations within country or aboard.

• Must have a drivers license and car

WORKING HOURS

Daily work is from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday week, though she or he may on occasion have to work longer to meet a project deadline or when attending an event, training or conference.
