Job Description

As an enthusiastic and proactive Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The role demands a dynamic individual who possesses excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of sales processes. Your ability to persuade and negotiate will be pivotal in achieving and surpassing our sales targets. Through effective demonstration of our product’s features and benefits, you will be essential in driving company revenue. Collaboration with other departments such as marketing and product development will ensure that client feedback is considered in future product releases.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to prospective clients through various channels and platforms.
  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Demonstrate excellent product knowledge to explain features and benefits effectively.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to meet quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients post-sales for retention.
  • Track and document all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to capitalize on promotional campaigns and strategies.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to generate new sales leads.
  • Continuously seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling and social networking.
  • Analyze market trends to identify potential sales opportunities and challenges.
  • Prepare accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all sales dealings.


Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Agent or similar roles in competitive industries.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities for effective client engagement.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools for tracking activities.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
  • Ability to understand clients' needs and manage complex negotiations successfully.
  • Must be self-motivated with a result-driven approach to meeting sales targets.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
