A Sales and Operations Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing and steering both the sales initiatives and operational processes of an organization. This position is pivotal in ensuring the seamless integration of sales strategies with daily operational functions to not only drive revenue but also maintain efficient and effective workflow. The Sales and Operations Supervisor is responsible for coaching and guiding sales and operations teams, analyzing market trends, and implementing strategies to boost productivity and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily sales and operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Coach and guide sales teams to reach individual and team targets effectively.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions at all levels.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align sales and operations with business objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, providing constructive feedback.
  • Manage supply chain processes to ensure timely and cost-effective product delivery.
  • Identify areas of improvement in operational processes and implement optimal solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all operations.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance and operational efficiency for senior management.
  • Address customer issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee inventory management to prevent shortages or excess in stock levels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and operations management roles.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with proven success record.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and CRM software tools is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and make high-quality decisions quickly.
  • Experience in inventory management and supply chain processes is advantageous.
