Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field required.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in operations or sales management roles.
  • Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making processes.
  • Effective communication skills for interaction with diverse groups and teams.
  • Experience with CRM and ERP systems to track sales and operational performance.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.
