Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive (Mid-Level) – Certification Services


Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Executive to drive business growth for our certification services.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new clients, nurturing relationships, and promoting the company’s certification

and compliance solutions (e.g., ISO standards, management systems, training ). This role combines sales strategy, marketing execution,

and client relationship management to expand our market presence.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities for certification, inspection, and training services.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, consultants, and industry partners.

  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and client visits to understand their certification needs.

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts in line with company policies.

  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Maintain and update client data using CRM tools.


Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote certification and training services.

  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor offerings, and target industries.

  • Manage social media, website content, and digital marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility.

  • Create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and newsletters.

  • Support participation in industry events, seminars, and exhibitions.

  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics and suggest improvements.


Candidate Requirements:


  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

    • A postgraduate qualification (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.

  • Experience:

    • 2-3 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably within the certification or consulting industry.

    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing corporate clients.

  • Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong understanding of certification standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.) 

    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

    • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

    • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite.

    • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms (social media, Google Ads, email campaigns).

    • Analytical, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
