Job Description

As a Media Buyer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing the advertising strategies of our organization. Your primary goal is to ensure that the company’s advertising investments are as effective and efficient as possible. You'll be responsible for planning and purchasing ad space across various media platforms, from traditional print to digital spaces. Your expertise in negotiating media placements and understanding audience demographics will be crucial in achieving high reach and engagement at optimal costs. Working alongside our creative and strategy teams, you will ensure that campaigns are aligned with our brand objectives, leading to successful marketing outcomes.   • Analyze audience demographics to identify the best ways to reach specific customer segments.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align media buying strategies with creative advertising plans.
  • Manage the execution and optimization of advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Monitor advertising campaigns to ensure they meet performance and financial objectives.
  • Prepare detailed reports on media buying activities and campaign performance metrics.
  • Maintain strong relationships with media vendors and negotiate contracts favorable to the company.
  • Stay informed on industry developments and emerging media formats for future buying potentials.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to determine the most effective media placements.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and guidelines in all media buying activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Media Buyer or in a similar advertising role.
  • Strong understanding of media analytics and performance metrics assessment.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and proven ability to secure favorable deals.
  • Proficiency in media buying software and tools, including the latest ad tech platforms.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
