Responsibilities

• Manage budgets for floral projects and ensure cost-effectiveness in all floral arrangements.
• Coordinate with event organizers to ensure timely delivery and installation of floral displays.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in floral design and gardening techniques.
• Operate cash registers and manage transactions for sales of flowers and accessories.
• Train and mentor junior staff or apprentices in floral design techniques and shop management.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a florist or similar role in a flower shop or events firm.
• Excellent knowledge of different flower types, seasonality, and care routines.
