Job Description

A CRM Executive plays a pivotal role in managing and enhancing customer relationships to drive business growth and loyalty. Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed reports for management on customer insights and CRM performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a CRM Executive role or similar position.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with various departments and customers.
  • Ability to design and implement effective CRM campaigns and strategies.
  • Understanding of current data protection and privacy regulations.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
