Job Description

As a Retail Store Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our dynamic retail space, ensuring a seamless and vibrant shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate store team to achieve sales and service targets consistently.
  • Develop and implement effective store operating strategies and goals.
  • Monitor and manage store inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
  • Ensure high levels of customer service, offering assistance or addressing issues.
  • Recruit, train, and onboard new staff members, ensuring readiness for roles.
  • Conduct regular performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback.
  • Analyze store sales data to develop and implement actionable insights and tactics.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute in-store promotions.
  • Oversee visual merchandising to ensure store layout is attractive and inviting.
  • Manage financial statements and budgets, adhering to financial compliance.
  • Ensure all store operations align with legal, health, and safety standards.
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or similar capacity.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills required.
  • Ability to analyze retail metrics and develop actionable business plans.
  • Proven track record of achieving financial targets and sales objectives.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
