  • Assist in setting up promotional displays to attract customer interest.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and buying trends.
  • Coordinate with the inventory team to monitor stock levels and replenishment.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Stay updated with current sales techniques and consumer market trends.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Business is a plus.
  • Previous experience in retail sales or a similar customer service role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in handling products.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
  • Proficiency in using point of sale software and retail management systems.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult customers.
