Job Description

As a Retail Banking Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of the customer banking experience, striving to surpass client expectations and drive sales excellence. Your role will encompass promoting our banking products and services to new and existing clients, forming lasting relationships, and meeting sales targets. You will collaborate with various teams to deliver exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned retail banking segment.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve set banking sales targets and goals.
  • Promote and cross-sell a wide range of retail banking products and services to customers.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with branch staff and management to streamline sales processes.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure ongoing engagement and support.
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable banking products to enhance their portfolio.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to improve sales approaches.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive sales reports to senior management for review.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance personal and professional skills.
  • Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal financial policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales role within a financial institution.
  • Strong understanding of retail banking products, services, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess clients' financial needs effectively.
  • Proficient in using sales and client management software systems and tools.
