Job Description
The Retail Banking Officer - Auto Loan is responsible for managing and growing the auto loan portfolio of a retail bank. They promote auto loan products, acquire new customers, and maintain relationships with existing clients. The Retail Banking Officer assesses customer creditworthiness, reviews loan applications, and provides financial advice and recommendations. They collaborate with other departments to ensure timely loan processing and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Promote auto loan products and attract new customers.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in retail banking, specifically in auto lending.
- Good understanding of lending regulations and credit assessment principles.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
