Job Description
The Investment Banking - MENA professional provides advisory services to clients in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. They assist clients in various financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and capital raising. The Investment Banking - MENA professional conducts financial analysis, prepares valuation models, and develops presentation materials. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute transactions and deliver high-quality services to clients. Additionally, they stay updated with market trends and regulatory changes within the MENA region.
Responsibilities
- Provide advisory services to clients on financial transactions within the MENA region.
- Conduct financial analysis and prepare valuation models.
- Develop pitch books and presentation materials for client meetings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute transactions.
- Oversee due diligence processes and coordinate with legal and financial advisors.
- Foster and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders.
- Stay updated with market trends and regulatory changes.
- Participate in business development activities to generate new leads and clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA) are preferred.
- Proven experience in investment banking or financial advisory services.
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
