Retail Banking Executive

The Retail Banking Executive serves as the primary point of contact for clients in branch banking, assisting with account services, sales of financial products, and customer inquiries. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of banking products, and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets. This position plays a key role in enhancing customer experience and supporting branch performance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily banking needs including account opening, deposits, and withdrawals.

• Promote and sell retail banking products such as loans, credit cards, and savings plans.

• Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.

• Educate customers on digital banking platforms and services.

• Conduct client onboarding and KYC documentation processes.

• Achieve individual and branch sales targets.

• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.

• Support compliance with banking regulations and internal procedures.

• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and referrals.

• Participate in promotional events and customer outreach programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in retail or branch banking.

• Strong knowledge of banking products and services.

• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.

• Proficiency in banking systems and MS Office.

• Sales-oriented mindset with proven target achievement.

• Good understanding of regulatory and compliance standards.
