Senior Manager – Investment Fund Sales

Private Banking provides high-net-worth clients with an end-to-end banking service to help manage their full banking and investment needs effectively. Our dedicated bankers provide a wide variety of solutions to meet clients’ investment and borrowing requirements, including complex and bespoke loan structuring. Wealth preservation requirements are addressed through a comprehensive wealth planning solution, tailored to individual needs


In this role, your key responsibilities include:


  • To lead and support the sales and distribution of ADCB Asset Management Investment Funds across private and public markets by collaborating with Relationship Managers and engaging clients, leveraging market and regulatory expertise to drive revenue growth, enhance investment outcomes and strengthen the bank’s competitive position, thereby contributing to ADCB’s long-term financial performance and customer-centric value proposition
  • Lead client engagement efforts by collaborating with Relationship Managers to identify client needs and present relevant ADCB investment products and services
  • Initiate and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, institutional investors, and distribution partners to expand the reach of ADCB’s investment offerings
  • Represent ADCB Asset Management in client meetings, roadshows, and industry events to enhance visibility and credibility in the market
  • Drive the sales strategy for ADCB Asset Management Funds, ensuring alignment with broader bank objectives and market opportunities
  • Support Relationship Managers with technical product knowledge, sales tools, and training to enhance their ability to position and sell investment products
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement to optimize distribution effectiveness
  • Contribute to the ideation and development of the Fund offering by leveraging market trends, industry developments, competitor activity and regulatory developments
  • Co-ordinate with product, legal, and compliance teams to ensure timely and compliant product launches
  • Continuously assess market trends and competitor offerings to refine ADCB’s product suite and maintain a competitive edge


The ideal candidate should have the following experience:


  • At least 7 years of experience in investment sales within the financial services industry
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Business or Economics or a related field
  • CFA would be advantageous
  • Analytical mind-set with the ability to interpret data, make informed decisions, and apply insights to drive product strategy
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with distribution channels and private wealth clients
  • Proven negotiation and ability to influence others Fluency in English required, Arabic a plus

  • Competitive Salary: The indicative pay range for this role is AED 37,000 – AED 57,000 per month. Additionally, all employees are eligible to participate in one of our rewarding variable pay plans.
