A Rental Car Sales Manager plays a crucial role in driving the sales and ensuring the profitability of a rental car business. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years experience in a sales management role, preferably in automotive.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving sales growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team effectively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and analytics.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly for optimal results.
