We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Car Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring that our clients have an outstanding customer experience with every interaction. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the car-buying process, from the initial inquiry to the final purchase. Your role is integral in helping the dealership meet its sales targets and advance its market presence. We are looking for someone who is not only passionate about cars but also about providing high levels of customer service. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets set by the management team.
  • Provide detailed product information and demonstrations to interested customers.
  • Assist customers throughout the car-buying process, ensuring a smooth transaction.
  • Promote and upsell additional products and services to enhance customer experience.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, models, and dealership promotions.
  • Monitor and follow up on leads generated through various channels.
  • Negotiate pricing and financing options to accommodate customer needs.
  • Prepare and process all necessary paperwork for vehicle sales transactions.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of competitors’ offerings and market position.
  • Continuously assess customer satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
  • Participate in dealership events and workshops to enhance sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum two years of experience in automotive sales or similar field.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and various digital sales platforms.
  • Valid driving license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Passion for the automotive industry and thorough product knowledge.
