Registered Nurse (225-818)

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong dedication to providing outstanding patient care and possess excellent communication and teamwork skills. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining accurate medical records. You will work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality treatment. This role requires a nurse who is adaptive, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health problems and determine nursing care requirements.
• Develop individualized patient care plans and constantly update them as necessary.
• Administer medications and treatments based on prescribed healthcare plans.
• Monitor vital signs, such as blood pressure and heart rate, with precision.
• Prepare patients and assist with therapeutic procedures and examinations.
• Educate patients and their families on illnesses, medical conditions, and care instructions.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records for all administered care.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver comprehensive health care.
• Ensure all surgical equipment is sterilized and prepared for use in procedures.
• Participate in quality assurance and improvement programs within the department.
• Adhere to all infection control guidelines to prevent the spread of diseases.
• Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families.

Requirements

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a clinical nursing role required.
• Strong understanding of nursing care practices and federal healthcare regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and make critical decisions under pressure.
• CPR and BLS certification, with additional certifications being a plus.
