Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Recruitment & Data Analytics Intern to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both recruitment processes and data-driven decision-making within a corporate environment.

  • Assist in various stages of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
  • Collect, clean, and analyze recruitment data to identify trends and patterns
  • Support the development and maintenance of recruitment metrics and dashboards
  • Collaborate with HR team members to optimize recruitment strategies based on data insights
  • Assist in the implementation and utilization of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Conduct research on industry hiring trends and best practices
  • Participate in projects aimed at improving recruitment efficiency and effectiveness
  • Prepare reports and presentations on recruitment analytics

Qualifications

  • A bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, or related field
  • Proficiency in data analysis software such as Excel
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and basic HR processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Enthusiasm for learning and applying data-driven approaches to recruitment
  • Academic projects or coursework related to HR or data analysis preferred
