Job Description
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and properties
- Assist clients in viewing properties and provide them with accurate information and guidance
- Negotiate and liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure successful transactions
- Prepare and present offers to clients and handle all necessary documentation
- Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends, regulations, and financing options
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and industry professionals
- Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to promote properties and attract potential buyers or renters
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Real Estate Agent
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and current trends
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-oriented approach with a strong focus on client satisfaction
- Proven ability to negotiate and close deals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate CRM software
- Licensed Real Estate Agent preferably with car and driving license.
