Quality Analyst Manager

About the Role

We’re looking for a QA Manager who’s passionate about building amazing products and ensuring they meet the highest quality standards. This isn’t just a “test and log bugs” role — we want someone who takes full ownership of product quality, thrives in fast-moving environments and brings out-of-the-box thinking to uncover edge cases others might miss.

If you love digging into production issues, tracking them in Jira and working closely with developers and product managers to ship high-quality releases, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do

• Lead QA efforts across web and mobile platforms, balancing manual and automated testing.
• Own production bug tracking and triage in Jira, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
• Design smart test strategies that cover regression, performance, security and usability.
• Think creatively to find edge cases and scenarios beyond the obvious test paths.
• Partner with developers, designers and PMs to catch issues early and improve release quality.
• Build and maintain test automation frameworks, integrated with CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor and guide QA engineers, raising the quality bar across the team.
• Act as the voice of quality in product discussions — advocating for the end-user at every step.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of QA experience, including at least 2 years in a lead or manager role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Jira for bug tracking, workflows and reporting.Solid knowledge of automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Appium) and CI/CD integration.
• Proven skills in mobile (iOS/Android) and cross-browser testing.
• Ability to quickly debug and analyze production issues.
• A sharp eye for detail paired with big-picture product thinking.
• Strong communication skills — you know how to influence, not just report.
• A proactive mindset: you don’t wait for specs; you ask questions, challenge assumptions and push for clarity.
