Property Consultant

We seek a passionate and well-versed Real Estate Agent to connect sellers and buyers in Dubai's vibrant market.

Responsibilities:

• Requires cold calling and fixing appointments with investors, and bringing sales. Build a network of potential clients through prospecting, cold-calling, and marketing efforts.
• Face-to-face meetings to identify and engage prospective new clients.
• Guide and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
• Provides consultation and guidance to clients to optimize their investments or options.
• Conducting viewings and follow-up.
• Negotiating offers and contracts.
• Maintain regular contact with all clients.
• English proficiency is a must.
• Ability to commute/relocate: Dubai: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: fixed salary + commission [AED3,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month range]
