Job Description – Project Manager

Reports to - Sr Manager - Operations

Prerequisites:

UAE Driving License is a must. Having technical background of Home and Hotel Automation, BMS with skills in AutoCAD, Corel Draw, Office 365. Work experience of around 5 years is required.

Key responsibilities:

GRMS &Access control system Support Manager

• Lead and manage the engineering approvals process, ensuring timely and accurate approvals for materials and drawings from clients and consultants.
• Oversee a back-office engineering team, providing technical guidance, support and ensuring smooth workflow for all engineering tasks.
• Coordinate effectively with on-site teams to ensure seamless execution of engineering tasks, resolving any issues, and facilitating communication between departments.
• Collaborate closely with procurement and accounts teams to ensure timely availability of materials and manage project budgets and financial documentation.
• Drive continuous improvements in engineering processes, optimizing project timelines and reducing errors
• Design & Engineering of Guest Room Management, Home Automation Systems Door lock system
• Preparation of Engineering documents/drawings for the project
• Preparing Print Pass & Schematic Diagram
• Coordination with Site & Procurement team
• Technical discussions with contractors, consultants & clients.
• Programming of GRMS system &Lock systems
• Arranging mock up at the sites.
