Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed project work plans, defining the scope, objectives, timelines, and budget.
- Coordinate the efforts of technical and administrative teams to ensure timely execution of projects.
- Supervise the implementation of government-related projects, particularly those tied to operational programs or digital transformation initiatives.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including ministries, regulatory bodies, and vendors.
- Prepare regular progress reports and submit them to decision-makers.
- Manage project risks and develop contingency plans in cases of performance deviation.
- Oversee the preparation of presentations, timelines, and financial reports.
- Utilize project management tools such as MS Project.
Qualifications & Required Experience: (Arabic Speakers only)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering (a Master’s degree or higher qualifications in management or project management is preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the government or semi-government sector.
- Professional Project Management certification (PMP) or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of government work systems and policies.
- Proficient in project management tools and techniques.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at various levels
