We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager specializing in landscaping to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in managing landscaping projects from inception to completion. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who can deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. As a Project Manager, you will coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and project teams to execute landscape architecture and construction projects efficiently. Your expertise will be pivotal in ensuring our landscapes are both environmentally sustainable and aesthetically pleasing, ultimately enhancing client satisfaction and building our company’s reputation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee landscaping project plans while ensuring alignment with client goals.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to execute project plans effectively.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and gather feedback on project progress.
• Lead and mentor project teams to ensure high performance and quality outcomes.
• Conduct site visits to assess project progress and address any issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations on project sites.
• Prepare and present project reports and documentation for clients and management.
• Facilitate problem-solving and conflict resolution to maintain project goals and schedules.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and suppliers to secure cost-effective resources.
• Utilize project management software to track project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Ensure all landscaping work meets company quality standards and customer expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience managing landscape or construction projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
• Proficiency in project management software, such as MS Project or equivalent.
• Comprehensive knowledge of landscaping techniques, materials, and best practices.
• Ability to interpret and implement landscape design plans and blueprints accurately.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
