About The Role

We are looking for a hands-on Product Designer to join our high-growth, fast-paced team. This is a critical role at the heart of our product development process, where you will shape digital experiences used by millions globally.

You will be working cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and marketers to design user-centric, scalable solutions. You will bring strong visual and UX design skills, systems thinking, and a passion for workflow automation, process documentation, and design-led problem-solving.

You will use top-tier tools like Figma, Adobe XD, FigJam, Adobe CC, Miro, Coursor, n8n, and generative AI platforms to deliver experiences that are fast, functional, and user-focused.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design intuitive, end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, UI designs, and responsive layouts.
  • Build, maintain, and scale Figma design systems and component libraries.
  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Participate in sprint ceremonies including planning, stand-ups, retros, and reviews.
  • Use Confluence and other tools to clearly document all processes, user journeys, product flows, and information architecture.
  • Track tasks and sprints in Jira, ensuring progress and visibility.
  • Use Miro, FigJam, and similar tools to map UX strategies and team workflows.
  • Automate repetitive design tasks using n8n, Coursor, and other automation tools.
  • Integrate generative AI tools like Figma AI, Firefly, and Runway to enhance ideation and productivity.
  • Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and conversion optimised.
  • Present and communicate design decisions effectively to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in product, UX, or UI design.
  • Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Adobe XD.
  • Solid understanding of design systems, atomic design, UX principles, and responsive design.
  • Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum workflows.
  • Strong ability to use Confluence (and similar tools) to document user journeys, UX flows, and internal processes.
  • Familiarity with Jira for task tracking and sprint management.
  • Comfortable with automation tools like n8n, Coursor, Zapier.
  • Experienced in applying generative AI to streamline creative tasks.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Have

  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, or other front-end tools.
  • Exposure to both B2C and B2B product design.
  • After Effects, Figma smart animation.
  • CRO, A/B testing, or data-driven design knowledge.
