The Principal Solutions Engineer (ERP) plays a pivotal role in driving the successful implementation and integration of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions within an organization. Leveraging deep expertise in ERP platforms, this role involves leading complex projects, strategizing implementation plans, and ensuring seamless integration with existing organizational systems. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in ERP solutions engineering or implementation.
• Strong proficiency with major ERP platforms like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Proven track record of leading successful ERP projects across multiple industries.
• Excellent analytical skills to troubleshoot complex ERP problems efficiently.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
