Qualification

Experience in Information Technology 8 Years Degree or Honours Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Computer Science Computer Engineering or related field or relevant experience Design and build scalable quality engineering solutions that align with the overall release train objectives Conduct technical design reviews and enforce adherence to architecture patterns that support modern quality engineering Plan and execute riskbased testing strategies that cover the entire development lifecycle Develop implement and maintain quality standards and ensure consistent application across all agile teams Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of quality engineering into the delivery process Identify areas of improvement in quality processes and drive initiatives that increase efficiency and reduce lead times Ensure that automation is integrated into all aspects of testing reducing manual intervention and human error Lead root cause analysis sessions to identify defects early and foster a culture of blameless postmortems for continuous improvement Drive the adoption of agile practices like TestDriven Development TDD and lean software development principles Provide leadership coaching and mentoring to quality engineers facilitating their growth in technical expertise and agile methodologies
