Marketing And PR Manager B2B

We are currently partnering with a well-established organization in Dubai to recruit a highly experienced Marketing & PR Manager with a strong background in B2B strategy and execution. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving the brand’s positioning, lead generation, and strategic communications within the corporate sector.

Role Overview: The ideal candidate will be a commercially minded marketing professional with a proven ability to develop integrated marketing and public relations strategies that generate results across diverse B2B channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and PR strategies tailored to B2B audiences
• Drive brand awareness, lead generation, and client acquisition across local and regional markets
• Manage external communications, media relations, and PR campaigns to position the company as a market leader
• Oversee content creation, digital marketing, events, and thought leadership initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and executive leadership to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and adjust strategies to improve ROI
• Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, and vendors

Job Requirement

• Candidate Requirements:Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in marketing and public relations, with a proven track record in B2B environments
• Strong background in corporate marketing, with the ability to craft compelling messaging for C-level and enterprise clients
• Currently based in Dubai and familiar with the local market landscape
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; a master’s degree is an advantage
