Operate office equipment proficiently and maintain supplies to avoid workflow interruptions.
Address issues and provide solutions swiftly, enhancing executive productivity.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years experience supporting C-level executives in corporate settings.
Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to multitask efficiently.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are crucial for success.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
