The Public Relations Officer (PRO) - Arabic Speaker is an essential position dedicated to fostering effective communication between the organization and various stakeholders in Arabic-speaking regions. Responsibilities
Develop and implement an effective public relations strategy targeting Arabic-speaking audiences.
Liaise with government departments to facilitate necessary documentation and approvals.
Maintain and update organizational profiles in Arabic media outlets efficiently.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure compliance with local regulations.
Organize events and press releases to promote organizational initiatives in Arabic regions.
Translate official documents and marketing materials from English to Arabic.
Handle inquiries from Arabic-speaking clients and resolve issues promptly.
Build sustainable relationships with key media representatives and influencers.
Prepare detailed reports on public relations activities and media coverage.
Train and guide junior staff in engaging with Arabic communities.
Utilize social media and digital platforms to reach Arabic-speaking demographics effectively.
Monitor public opinion and analyze feedback to improve communication strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communication, or related field.
Fluent Arabic speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3-5 years of experience in a similar role focusing on Arabic-speaking regions.
Strong understanding of cultural nuances and media landscape in Arabic countries.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and public relations software tools.
Proven track record of successfully managing public relations initiatives.
Experience in executing public relations campaigns through various channels.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive documentation with confidentiality.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills with an outgoing and positive demeanor.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
