The Performance Management Officer is pivotal in optimizing organizational performance by implementing effective management strategies. The officer will facilitate communication between departments to understand their needs and expectations, leading to the development of customized performance metrics. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in performance management or related human resources role.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex performance data effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for diverse organizational interactions.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective employee development programs.
  • Knowledge of current trends and best practices in performance management systems.
  • Proficient in utilizing performance management software and human resources tools.
