The People Department at Unifonic is dedicated to attracting, developing, and retaining the best talent in the industry. As a People Success Officer, you will be handling day-to-day operations tasks, company documentation, and visa management having good knowledge of IT and vendor management.

Help Us Shape The Future Of Communications By

  • Handling employees' requests, serving all Unifonic employees across offices with full resolutions and within the designed SLA.
  • Maintaining the Dubai office through office maintenance, office supplies, inventory management, and ensuring a well-stocked and organized workspace.
  • Arranging business travel logistics for all employees at different levels, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation, per diem management & venue and events management.
  • Ensuring all company official documents are updated and renewed on time.
  • Leading the process of business visas or new joiners' work visas to the Dubai office.
  • Building strong relations with the vendors and suppliers to maintain smooth operations with the.

Job requirements

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Eager to start a career in HR or administrative support, with strong interest in organizational and people operations.
  • Comfortable learning and using systems and productivity tools like Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to deliver high-quality work.
  • Professional communication skills, with confidence to interact and learn from colleagues at all levels.
  • Organized and proactive, with good time management and planning habits.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
