Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for API integration initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with partners, internal developers, QA teams, business analysts, information security, and network teams.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and change requests effectively.
• Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  
  

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on API integration.
• Experience in the banking domain is required; exposure to exchange house systems is a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with information security protocols and network infrastructure considerations.
  
  

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar.
• Technical background in API architecture or middleware platforms is a plus
