The role of a Patient Relations Executive is central to fostering a positive relationship between healthcare providers and patients, ensuring that every patient experience is smooth, respectful, and effective. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare environment or similar role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient-centric approach required.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and manage sensitive issues efficiently.
  • Proficiency in healthcare management software and patient database systems.
  • Demonstrated understanding of medical terminology and healthcare practices.
