Job Description

As an Outdoor Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company, tasked with increasing our market presence and driving growth by securing new business. You will use your expertise in client relations and your ability to communicate effectively to engage a wide range of customers in various industries. Your primary goal will be to identify opportunities for sales, meet potential clients, present our products, and close deals. Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct presentations to demonstrate products and services to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and market competition for strategic growth.
  • Provide excellent post-sales support to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed reports on sales activities and achievements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure coordinated efforts for client success.
  • Attend trade shows, events, and professional meetings to expand network.
  • Monitor customer feedback and handle any customer grievances promptly.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage customer information and sales activities effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in outdoor sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients effectively.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a customer-oriented attitude and approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in different environments.
  • Knowledge of CRM software to record and analyze client interactions and data.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory for client meetings.
  • Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic sales environment with diverse challenges.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and online sales platforms.
