Job Description

As an Outdoor Sales Representative, you will be the driving force behind our customer acquisition strategy, focusing on growing our client base and boosting our sales. Your primary objective is to establish and maintain relationships with potential clients while leveraging your sales skills and product knowledge to close sales deals. You will be responsible for representing our company and its products in the field, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving set sales targets. This role requires a proactive individual who is persuasive, goal-oriented, and able to work independently while also being a part of a dynamic sales team.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct field visits to prospective clients to showcase company products.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Identify customer needs and present suitable product solutions effectively.
  • Negotiate sales terms and prepare sales agreements and contracts.
  • Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets on a monthly basis.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to strategize on enhancing sales performance.
  • Keep informed of industry trends and competitors to improve positioning.
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts to the management team.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions for development.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote products.
  • Collect customer feedback and relay information for product improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience, preferably in outdoor or field sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities to close sales deals effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to travel frequently and manage time effectively while on the road.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales tracking tools is advantageous.
  • Cooperative team player who can also work independently in the field.
