Job Description

An Order Management Executive is a pivotal role within logistics and supply chain functions, responsible for overseeing the processes that ensure customer orders are managed efficiently and accurately. The executive plays a critical role in coordinating between various departments including sales, inventory, and shipping to guarantee customer satisfaction by delivering orders on time and correctly. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in order management or a similar logistic role.
  • Strong knowledge of order processing software and inventory management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience in analyzing data and leveraging insights to improve processes.
