An Optical Technician plays a pivotal role in the healthcare industry, specializing in the maintenance, calibration, and repair of optical equipment.   • Assist in sourcing and purchasing optical materials from trusted suppliers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Participate in training programs to stay updated with the latest optical technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations during all operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of an associate degree in optical technology or a related field.
  • Previous experience working in optical, health, or related technical fields preferred.
  • Strong technical skills with knowledge of optical equipment and machinery.
  • Excellent eye for detail to ensure precision in lens production and equipment repair.
  • Good communication skills for effective customer service and team collaboration.
