Job Description

As an Operations Manager for a Toys Store, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the store. You will be responsible for managing staff, optimizing resources, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Your leadership will influence strategic decisions that drive sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and maintain inventory accuracy. You will also be responsible for crafting systems to improve efficiency, managing budgets, and coordinating with various departments to align operational capabilities with business strategies. Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives for store merchandising and visual standards to attract customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager in a retail or similar environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to manage a diverse team effectively.
  • Solid understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and sales strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and implement effective operational strategies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer service and satisfaction.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
