Job Description

As an Operations Executive, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of our organization. Responsibilities

  • Identify areas of operational risk and develop mitigation strategies accordingly.
  • Organize and lead meetings to delegate tasks and follow up on action plans.
  • Track and report on business metrics, presenting findings to executive management.
  • Manage resource allocation efficiently and budget the operations department appropriately.
  • Lead by example in establishing a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in operations or a related managerial role.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills to manage complex operational challenges.
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and inform decision-making processes.
  • Proven capability to multitask and prioritize workload in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with operations management software.
